Since 1995, Chamunda Fabchem has evolved from a fabrication workshop into a manufacturer of pharmaceutical and chemical process equipment — combining practical fabrication experience with in-house engineering and manufacturing.
Founded in 1995 by Mr. Suresh Panchal, the business began as Chamunda Fabricators, built on practical fabrication and engineering experience. Over the years, our work evolved toward pharmaceutical and chemical process machinery, expanding our capabilities from fabrication into the design and manufacture of process equipment.
In 2024, the business adopted the Chamunda Fabchem name, marking the next phase of its evolution. Today, we combine the experience built over more than three decades with in-house engineering and manufacturing to serve pharmaceutical, chemical and allied industries.
From drying, mixing and granulation to milling, screening, coating, liquid processing and material handling — equipment developed around the specific requirements of each application.
We bring engineering, fabrication and assembly together to develop equipment around each application. Machine configuration, materials of construction, capacity, operating conditions and additional features are selected according to the process and intended use — giving customers direct access to the people who build their machines.
Every machine begins with an understanding of the process it is expected to perform — bringing engineering, fabrication, assembly and inspection together.
We review process requirements, capacity, material characteristics and operating conditions to establish the appropriate equipment configuration.
Components are fabricated according to the approved design, with material selection and construction based on the application and required standards.
Machine components, drives, fittings, instrumentation and specified systems are assembled and finished into a complete working unit.
Equipment is inspected and tested against the agreed specifications before completion, helping ensure readiness for its intended application.
We support project-specific documentation and qualification — FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ and, where applicable, PQ — along with agreed technical and validation documentation.
We serve pharmaceutical, chemical and allied manufacturing industries with equipment configured around their process requirements.
Process equipment for solid, liquid and powder applications, with construction and documentation tailored to pharmaceutical requirements.
Equipment for chemical processing, with material selection and construction considered according to the product and operating conditions.
Process equipment for selected food and allied applications where hygienic construction and suitable material selection are required.
Equipment for cosmetic and personal-care processing, configured according to product characteristics and process requirements.
Process equipment for powder, granule and formulation applications within nutraceutical manufacturing.
Founded by Mr. Suresh Panchal with a focus on fabrication and engineering.
Expanded capabilities in precision fabrication, welding and stainless-steel equipment.
Expanded from fabrication into pharmaceutical and chemical process equipment.
Developed dryers, blenders, granulators and other process machinery.
Expanded in-house design, fabrication, assembly and machine-building capabilities.
Adopted the Chamunda Fabchem name with a focused process-machinery identity.
Strengthened product development, engineering, automation and documentation capabilities.
Continuing to manufacture process machinery for pharmaceutical, chemical and allied industries.
“We believe the smallest details can make the biggest difference — in fabrication, finishing, assembly and every machine we build.”
Choosing process equipment means choosing an engineering partner who understands the application, the construction requirements and the documentation that supports it.
Established in 1995, our experience has been built through more than three decades of fabrication, engineering and process equipment manufacturing.
We design and manufacture process equipment, giving customers direct access to the people responsible for engineering and machine execution.
Equipment is developed around the process, product characteristics, capacity and operating requirements — not solely standard configurations.
PLC/HMI-based control, recipe and parameter management, data recording, with 21 CFR Part 11-ready and GAMP 5-aligned configurations available.
FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ and applicable PQ documentation, with direct technical support throughout project execution.
Whether you need a standard process machine or equipment configured around a specific application, our engineering team can help identify the right solution.
